Beagles

So, next on my list is Beagles. Beagles are one of the most famous and well known dogs in the hound group. They are trained to be bomb sniffer dogs and sometimes search and rescue dogs. They can even go hunting with their owners and being a GREAT family pet. I once owned (well, lived with, you can't really OWN an animal.) an Arabic Beagle. The funny thing is that his name was Kuta, which in translation (his name is also Arabic) means dog. He was unsocialized around animals (he tried to attack a dear statue once) but LOVED people and was GREAT around kids!  He would howl sometimes and bark others, but he was my first dog and the best. :-)
